Let’s pressure the Southwest Florida Water Management District to reject the Fort Meade Data Center Campus!

The Fort Meade commissioners defied a unified community and approved the construction of the hyperscale data center, making clear that they prioritize possible profits over people. Data centers of this size have massive environmental and human health impacts. This is particularly catastrophic in the severe, ongoing drought that we are experiencing in Central Florida.

In order for the Fort Meade Data Center Campus to be built, the SWFWMD must approve a high water usage permit - let’s make sure that doesn’t happen!
